Where do you ship?
We currently ship across India. For International orders, please contact support@silbattahome.com
How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders are delivered within 7-10 business days. Monday to Friday are considered as business days except for public holidays. Delays in delivery can occasionally occur around public holidays or at times because of unforeseen circumstances, but we do our best to provide timely deliveries to all our customers. Orders once shipped, cannot be cancelled.
How do we deliver the orders?
We deliver the orders through our registered courier partners.
Is your order eligible for free shipping?
Free shipping is applicable for orders above Rs 1299/-
How can I track my oder?
You will receive an AWB code and link to track your shipment.
What if you're not around and the courier partner comes?
Our delivery partners will re-attempt the delivery, failure to collect the parcel will lead to the order being cancelled. For such cases, shipping fee will be deducted from the amount before the refund is credited. Please ensure you provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number to help us deliver your order faster.
Do we deliver on weekends or holidays?
Delivery depends on our registered courier partner. Most orders are delivered on business days (Mon to Fri).
Do you offer cash on delivery?
No, we do not offer cash on delivery at the moment. We promise you'll love your pieces.
What if my oder is delayed?
We work hard to ship your order at the earliest. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Can I change my shipping address after I place an order?
Address changes are possible shortly after an order is placed. Kindly contact us at the earliest to notify of potential changes. Once the order is dispatched, we will not be able to make any changes.
